In 2004, Reda joined Banaja – Tyco Health Care in Saudi Arabia as the Eastern Region Manager and Surgeon Trainer for Laparoscopy Surgery Bariatric. From 2008 to 2011, he worked as a partner and general manager of ProCare Medic in the Kingdom of Bahrain. In 2012, Reda participated in the WHO International Medical Crises War Program on Chemical, Biological, and Nuclear Incidents Rescue. He then founded Ocean Medical Technology in Muscat, Oman, from 2012 to 2015, and EVE Beauty Care Center from 2012 to 2015.

Reda also worked as a trainer for Promoitalia in the Middle East and as the founder and CEO of Aesthetics AAC in Tehran (an anti-aging clinic) from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, he moved to SlavMed Yerevan in Armenia, where he started up the A.A.C. Promoitalia Anti-Aging Center as manager and aesthetic surgeon. Currently, he works at Ajapnyak Medical Center in Yerevan as an aesthetic plastic surgeon.

Reda has also worked as an APTOS thread trainer since 2021. He is a skilled and experienced plastic surgeon with a strong focus on quality management, healthcare accreditation, and patient satisfaction. He is highly respected in the field and has a reputation for delivering excellent results.
